摘要 根据生产、科研和教学的需求,设计一条采用AGV小车为主传输系统的柔性生产线;根据生产线建设的柔性、先进性、实用性、经济性、可扩展性等目标要求,对生产线的总体方案进行了完善,提出了采用PAC作为生产线主控系统的电气控制部分技术方案,制定了机械传输部分的技术方案,确定了AGV小车和滚筒线、倍速链支线的类型和基本技术参数。该设计方案实现了传输方式的多样性,既能够满足一般机械生产的需求,又能满足教学和科研的需求。该设计方案可以为柔性生产线的建设提供技术参考。 PAccording to the needs of production, scientific research and teaching, a flexible production line using AGV car as the main transmission system is designed in this paper. In this paper, the overall plan of the production line is improved, which is advanced, practical, economical and extensible. In the electrical control part, the PAC is used as the main control system of the production line.The technical scheme of the mechanical transmission part is formulated.Types and basic technical parameters of AGV car and drum line, speed chain ace determined in this paper. This design has realized the diversity of transmission mode, which can both meet the needs of general machinery production and teaching and scientific research. This design scheme can provide technical reference for the construction of flexible production line.
