摘要
以我国2007年省区间投入产出表为基础,根据物流业的产业关联情况,编制了京津冀和长三角地区12大产业部门的区域间投入产出表,建立非竞争型投入产出模型比较分析京津冀地区物流业发展水平。结果表明,京津冀地区物流业外向程度较高,对其他地区产业的支持力度高于长三角地区,辐射范围更加广泛,且物流业产业关联程度以及对国民经济的影响力均较高;与此同时,京津冀地区物流业也存在运营效率低下、区域内产业联动有待加强以及垄断势力较强、价格显著偏高等诸多问题亟待解决。
In this paper, based on the inter-province input-output table of China for the year 2007 and in view of the industrial linkage of the logistics industry, we compiled the inter-regional input-output table of the 12 major industrial sectors of the Jing-Jin-Ji region and the Yangtze Delta region, built the non-competitive input-output model to analyze comparatively the logistics development level of the Jing-Jin- Ji region, finding that the logistics industry of the region was relatively highly outward oriented and as compared with that of the Yangtze Delta region, was more supportive to other regional industries, had wider radius and industrial linkage and higher influence on the national economy; at the same time, it also had many problems yet to be solved, such as low operational efficiency, underdeveloped industrial linkage within the region, high extent of monopoly and high price rate, etc.
