摘要
通过粒子成像测速(PIV)技术,研究了内置螺旋弹簧对换热管传热性能的影响,并分析了螺旋弹簧节距、丝径以及中径对管内流场的影响。结果表明,内置弹簧管的强化传热系数明显高于光管,传热效果随弹簧节距、丝径的增大而增大,随中径的减小而增大。通过实验,确定了增强湍流程度的最佳方式。
The effect of built-in spiral spring on heat transfer performance of heat transfer tube is studied by means of particle image velocimetry (PIV) . The influence of the intercept, the wire diameter and the middle diameter of the spiral spring on the flow field in the heat transfer tube is analyzed. The results show that the enhanced heat transfer coefficient of the tube with built-in spiral spring is higher than that of the light tube. The effect of heat transfer increases with the increase of the intercept and the diameter of the spring, and increases with the decrease of the middle diameter. The best way to enhance the turbulence level is determined by experiments.
