胶饵类灭蟑剂对医院灭蟑效果观察 被引量:3

Effect of Gel Bait for Cockroach Control in Hospital

摘要 目的评估胶饵类灭蟑剂对医院住院大楼内蟑螂杀灭效果。方法采用氟虫腈杀蟑胶饵对住院大楼进行灭蟑,采用目视法及粘蟑板法监测灭蟑前后蟑螂密度。结果共监测340间房间,灭蟑前房间阳性率为24.52%,活蟑螂数为572只,平均密度为3.69只/间,其中黑胸大蠊370只(64.69%),德国小蠊214只(37.41%)。灭蟑后房间阳性率为27.57%,活蟑螂数为113只,平均0.61只/间,其中黑胸大蠊94只(83.19%),德国小蠊19只(16.81%)。灭蟑率为83.47%,对黑胸大蠊杀灭率为78.72%,对德国小蠊的杀灭率为92.54%。对灭蟑后各病房住院人数和捕得蟑螂数采用Pearson相关性分析,相关系数为0.389(P=0.000),呈现正相关关系。结论胶饵类灭蟑法对德国小蠊的杀灭效果好于对黑胸大蠊的杀灭效果,且蟑螂密度随住院患者人数增多而增大。但采用90%的灭蟑率作为考核灭蟑效果的标准,本研究发现胶饵类灭章法在医院环境下灭蟑效果欠佳。 Objective To evaluate the effect of gel bait for cockroach control in a hospital. Methods Fipronil gel bait was used to control cockroaches in the hospital, with visual and stick -board cockroach counting to monitor the cockroach density before and after the intervention. Results A total of 340 rooms were monitored. There were 24.52% of these rooms found the cockroach with 572 live cockroaches in total (3.69/room) including 370 Periplaneta fuliginosa (64.69%) and 214 Blattella germanica (37.41%) before the intervention. After the intervention, there were 27.57% of the rooms found cockroaches with 113 live cockroaches in total (0. 61/ room) with 94 Periplaneta fuliginosa (83.19%) and 19 Blattella germanica ( 16. 81% ). Overall anti - cock- roach rate was 83.47% , which was for 78.72% Periplaneta fuliginosa and 92.54% Blattella germanica. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted between in - hospital patients in each room and the number of cockroaches after the intervention, which showed the correlation coefficient was 0. 389 ( P = 0. 000 ) for a positive rela- tionship between number of patients and cockroaches. Conclusion Gel bait is a more effective approach for Blattella germanica than Periplaneta fuliginosa. Additionally, a positive relationship was also identified between the number of patients in each room and the density of cockroaches. The gel bait approach was not an effective approach in hospital as the 90% anti - eochroach rate.
