摘要
大数据环境下,竞争情报研究不应是单纯的情报收集与分析的信息技术实现问题,还应关注其在企业核心能力方面所能提供的知识和智力支持。揭示竞争情报需求的本原共性特征及完备的竞争情报知识体系是迎接大数据挑战的关键所在。文章以企业资源为竞争情报分析对象,构建细粒度性的资源情报知识元模型;通过知识融合方法优化资源知识元体系,为资源情报的隐性知识发现及企业核心能力评估提供了必要的先验知识。技术创新情报实例原型系统体现了基于企业资源的竞争情报知识元构建与融合研究的阶段性成果,并有效证明其可行性。
In the era of big data, competitive intelligence research should not only focus on the information technology a- chievements of intelligence collection and analysis, but also lay emphasis on the knowledge and intelligent support for improving the core capabilities of enterprises. The critical point of overcoming the challenges of big data is revealing the primitive common charac- teristics of competitive intelligence demand and the complete competitive intelligence knowledge system. Taking enterprise resources as the subjects of competitive intelligence analysis, this paper constructs a fine-grained knowledge element model of resources intel- ligence. Meanwhile, the knowledge framework of the enterprise resources is optimized based on the knowledge fusion method, which is regarded as the necessary priori knowledge of discovering implicit knowledge and evaluating core capabilities. The case study on the prototype system of technological innovation intelligence embodies the phased research results of the knowledge element construction and fusion of competitive intelligence based on enterprise resources, which also proves the feasibility of this study.
