摘要
全工业化装配式示范屋揽青斋项目应用空间可变的设计方法,采用钢筋混凝土装配式建造,结合绿色节能技术,在实现现场干法装配化施工的同时,节约资源、减少施工污染、提升劳动生产率和质量安全水平。本文以该项目的设计和建造过程为例,论述利用技术创新推广装配化建造和绿色建筑设计问题。
The fully industrialized prefabricated demonstrative house Lanqingzhai Project applies a variable space design method, adopts RC prefabricated construction, and combines green energy conservation technology. When realizing on-site dry-process prefabricated construction, this project saves resources and energy, reduces construction pollution, and improves labor productivity as well as quality and innovation in promoting prefabricated construction and green building design.
