摘要
目的:探讨幼儿教师心理疾患、复原力的现状及相互关系。方法:采用凯斯勒心理疾患量表、复原力量表对77名幼儿教师进行调查。结果:幼儿教师心理疾病风险处于较低水平,心理健康状况处于一般水平,不同情绪特质、年龄幼儿教师的心理疾病风险存在显著性差异;幼儿教师复原力总体水平较好,不同个性特质幼儿教师的复原力水平存在显著差异;幼儿教师复原力与心理疾病风险相关显著。
Objective:to explore the correlations and status of pre-school teacher between resiliency and psychological disease risk.Methods:by resiliency scale and kessler 10 psychological distress scale,a sample of 77 pre-school teachers were tested.Results:the risk of mental illness of kindergarten teachers was at a low level,the mental health status of preschool teachers was at a general level.There was a significant difference in the risk of mental illness among the different emotional characteristics and the age of the preschool teachers.The resilience of kindergarten teachers was good,and there was a significant difference in the resilience of kindergarten teachers among the different personality trait.The resilience of kindergarten teachers was significantly related to the risk of mental illness.
