摘要
传统数控实践教学采用先讲授后操作的模式,学生缺乏经验,在实际操作时易出现差错,造成危险及数控加工设备损坏。采用仿真软件与实践操作相结合的模式进行教学,学生首先在软件上完成离线编程、程序校验、模拟加工操作,然后进行数控机床实践操作,从而掌握数控操作、编程及基本加工工艺,并能大幅减少操作差错、设备损坏等问题。同时,采用此模式,不仅能进行多数控工种的同步教学,提高教学效率,而且能为金工实习虚拟仿真实验平台的搭建提供思路。
The mode of 'teaching first,then operating'has been used in traditional NC machine practice teaching,because students lack of experience,is prone to error in the actual operation,cause dangerous and the damage of NC machine. Using the teaching mode of the combination of simulation software and the practice operation,students first complete off-line programming,program verification,simulation of machining operation with the software,and then operate on NC machine tools practically,thus acquire the methods of NC operation,programming and machining process knowledge,and can greatly reduce operation error,equipment damage and other problems. Meanwhile,using this model,not only can teach multiple NC machine type of works synchronously,improve the efficiency of teaching,but also can provide ideas for virtual simulation experiment platform of metalworking practice.
