摘要
学科竞赛作为高等教育的特殊形式已逐渐被社会和高校所认同。结合指导学生参加北京市化学实验竞赛的经历,阐述了化学实验竞赛在实验教学与人才培养中的作用,指出化学实验竞赛可以折射出高校的实验教学状况,提高学生的综合能力,增强学生的团队协作意识,促进高校学风建设;探讨了如何以化学实验竞赛为依托推进实验教学与人才培养。
As a special form of higher education,the subject competition has been recognized by the society and colleges & universities. Combined with the experience of guiding students to participate in Beijing chemistry experiment competition,the role of chemistry experiment competition in experiment teaching and talent cultivating was expounded. It was pointed out that the chemistry experiment competition can reflect experiment teaching situation of the college or university,improve the comprehensive ability of student,enhance the teamwork sense of student,and promote the learning climate construction of the college or university. Discussion on how to promote experiment teaching and talent cultivating based on the chemistry experiment competition was carried out.
