摘要
近年来,我国高速公路建设如火如荼,但由于粗放式的施工方法和管理方式,使得废水、废渣以及资源浪费等问题也随之而来。这些问题的存在不仅增加了施工成本,也严重破坏了人类赖以生存的生态环境。随着能源紧缺和环境问题的加剧,低碳环保高速公路建设势在必行。低碳公路施工技术是基于可持续发展理念对传统公路施工工艺的革新,是实现公路建设与自然环境和谐共存的必由之路。但是就目前来看,我国涉足高速公路低碳施工技术领域的时间稍晚,对工艺和技术措施的研究尚处于起步阶段。因此,针对高速公路低碳施工组织管理模式进行研究和探讨,对于提高我国高速公路整体施工技术水平、实现公路工程可持续发展意义重大。
In recent years, China＇s expressway construction is growing vigorously, b ut because of the extensive construction methods and management methods, the waste water, waste residue, waste of resources and other issues also follow. The existence of these problems not only increase the construction costs, but also seriously undermine the ecological environment for human survival. With the energy shortage and environmental problems intensified, low carbon green expressway construction is imperative. Low-carbon road construction technology is the innovation of the traditional road construction technology based on the concept of sustainable development and it is the only way to achieve the harmonious coexistence of the road construction and natural environment. But for now, China＇s low -carbon expressway construction technology develops later, and the research on the process and technical measures is still in its infancy. Therefore, the research on the low-carbon construction organization management mode of expressway in China is of great significance to improve the overall construction technology level of expressway and realize the sustainable development of highway engineering.
