纳米SiC水基液压介质基液的分析研究

摘要 本文对纳米SiC水基液压介质的基液进行研究,参考生活饮用水卫生标准及水基液压介质工作性质,从适合的基液(自来水、纳滤膜处理水、渗透膜处理水、蒸馏水、去离子水)中选出对纳米SiC水基液压介质分散效果较优的基液种类,探讨了基液的种类对于纳米SiC水基液压介质分散稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:分散剂为羧甲基纤维素钠,基液为去离子水时,所配置的纳米SiC水基液的分散稳定性较好。 In this paper, the basal liquid of nano-SiC water-based hydraulic medium is studied. Based on the hygienic standard of drinking water and the working properties of water-based hydraulic medium, from the appropriate base liquid (tap water, nanofiltration membrane water, osmotic membrane treated water, distilled water and deionized water), the effect of the type of the base liquid on the dispersion stability of the nano-SiC water-based hydraulic medium was discussed. The experimental results show that the dispersion stability of nano-SiC water-based liquid is better when the dispersant is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and the base liquid is deionized water.
