摘要
以研究生助教培养为切入点对美国高校进行分析,发现美国高校研究生教学助理的培养在管理、设计和方法等方面可供我们借鉴,具体特点包括:分层负责,各司其责;阶段式推进,循序渐进;多元方法,体验参与式培训;问题导向的设计,关注效果检测。美国加州州立大学助教培养以问题解决和理论导向的设计,不仅在教学助理培养方案设计"术"的层面提供具体借鉴,更从"理"的层面提供思考。
The training of graduate teaching assistants(GTAs)is analyzed in this paper,and it is found that training of GTAs in American universities can provide rich experience for China’s universities in the aspects of management,design and methods.The training system in American universities are featured with decentralized responsible system,accountable duties,gradual stage-style boost,multiple methods,experiential training,problemguided design and focus of effect test.The case of California State University underlines the importance of problemsolved and theory-driven on the design of training,which offers not only technique but also theory about training of GTAs.
