摘要
我国人口老龄化不断加剧的同时,各行各业离退休人员逐年增加,离退休管理服务工作已显得尤为重要。目前,我国离退休人员管理服务过程中仍存在管理体制、管理人员素质以及离退休人员角色转换等方面的各种问题,一定程度上影响了离退休管理服务工作的顺利开展。以人为本思想作为一种科学的思想观念,不仅能够在离退休管理服务工作中提供良好的理论指导,更能够促进离退休管理服务水平的大幅度提升,从而有效推动社会主义精神文明建设稳步向前推进。为了探究我国离退休管理服务工作的有效途径,为今后离退休管理服务工作的有效开展提供科学的参考依据,本文首先分析了我国目前离退休管理服务存在的问题,同时基于以人为本思想理论基础,提出离退休管理服务完善策略,以期切实加强和改进离退休管理服务工作。
China's aging population is increasing,the retired staff from all walks of life increased year by year at the same time, thus the retirement management service has become particularly important. Some kinds of problems still exist in the process of service management system at present, quality management personnel as well as the role transformation from retiree, etc. All kinds of problems, to some extent, affect- ed the retired management and service work smoothly. The text thought as a scientific concept, not only can provide good theoretical guidance in the management of retired staff service work, but also can promote the increase to the level of retirement management services,so as to effectively promote the construction of so- cialist spiritual civlization advance steadily. In order to explore the effective way of retired management service in our country, we will provide scientific reference for the effective development of retired manage- ment of retired management service work in the future. This article first analyzes the problems existing in current retirement administration,at the same time based on the theory of text thought retirement adminis- tration perfect strategy is put forward in order to strengthen and rebuild retirement administration.
