基于逆向工程的汽车轮胎挡泥罩温控形变检测技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 汽车轮胎挡泥罩结构复杂,曲面很多,采用传统方法无法检测其温度发生变化时的形变。通过对汽车轮胎挡泥罩的温控形变检测实验,提出将逆向工程技术运用在其检测技术方法中,采用三维激光扫描仪Handyscan3D获取轮胎挡泥罩点云数据,将轮胎挡泥罩点云数据进行预处理,进而利用NURBS方法在CATIA V5软件平台上重构轮胎挡泥罩三维模型。就逆向结果对比标准数据进行精度分析,获得符合精度要求的轮胎挡泥罩拟合精度,确立该检测技术的正确性及实用性,并在此基础上进行形变后的汽车轮胎挡泥罩检测以获取其温控形变参数。 The structure of the automobile tire mud cover is complex and has many curved surfaces. The traditional method can't detect the deformation when its temperature changes. By retaining temperature deformation detection experiment of mud cover of automobile tires,the innovation proposed reverse engineering technology in the use of the technology of detection method. The 3D laser scanner Handyscan3 D obtains the data of tire mud cover point cloud,and preprocess the data of the tire mud cover cloud,then use the NURBS method in the CATIA V5 software platform of the tire mud cover of 3D model reconstruction. Precision analysis is carried out on the reverse results compared to the standard data,meet the accuracy requirements of the tyre mudguard fitting precision,accuracy and practicality of the establishment of the detection technology of automobile tires,and on the basis of deformed mud cover detection to obtain the temperature deformation parameters.
