不同长度及直径的剑麻纤维对自密实轻骨料混凝土力学性能的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为研究不同长度及直径的剑麻纤维对C40自密实轻骨料混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响,通过对混凝土的坍落扩展度,T_(500),抗压强度及劈裂抗拉强度进行试验后发现:剑麻纤维长度和直径的变化对自密实轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度提高幅度很小,均在4.6%之内;随着剑麻纤维长度增加,抗拉强度均有较明显的提高,并呈现先升后降的规律;随着剑麻纤维直径增大,抗拉强度均有较大的增长,并呈现逐渐增大的趋势;随着剑麻纤维长度增加或直径减小,表观密度和坍落扩展度均减小,T_(500)均增大,但均满足国家标准要求;当剑麻纤维长度为10 mm,直径为304μm,掺量为2 kg/m^3时,对自密实轻骨料混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度提高的效果最好,最大可达到44%. In this paper, the effects of sisal fiber with different length and diameter on the working performance and mechanical properties of C40 self compacting lightweight aggregate concrete are studied. Based on the test of slump expansion, T^0, compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete, it is found that the compressive strength of self compacting lightweight aggregate concrete is very small, and the change of length and diameter of sisal fiber is within 4.6%. With the increase of the length of sisal fiber, the tensile strength is obviously improved with the law of first increase and then decrease; as sisal fiber diameter increases, the tensile strength has great growth, and gradually increases. With the increase of sisal fiber length or decrease of diameter, the apparent density and the slump extension decrease and the T~ increases, but both of them meet the national standard. When the sisal fiber length is 10 mm, the diameter is 304 ~m, and the content is about 2 kg]m3, the splitting tensile strength of self compacting lightweight aggregate concrete has the best effect, which can reach the maximum, that is 44%.
