摘要
通过传统buck变换器的三端口网络模型中引入一个开关电容,得到了一种新型带开关电容交错并联buck变换器。通过对新型变换器进行理论分析可知,与传统buck变换器相比,当占空比D<0.5时,新型变换器不仅输出电流纹波减小,且在相同占空比下实现了更高的电压增益;同时开关管的电压应力减小,其电流应力均为输出电流的一半,有利于器件的选择和散热。因此新型变换器非常适合于低输出电压、大电流的场合及输入、输出电压相差较大的系统。最后通过仿真验证了理论分析正确性。
Based on the three-teminal network of traditional buck converter ,the high step-up buck converter is proposed in this paper. The operation principle and property of the converter are analyzed in detail.Through theoretical analysis of the new converter, when the duty D〈0.5,the ripple of the output is reduced, and the voltage gain is higher in the same duty while compared with the traditional buck converter.At the same time, the vohage stress of the switches are reduced, which current stress is half of the output current, it is conducive to the selection of the devices and the heat sinks.Therefore, the new converter is very suitable for the low voltage and high current conditions and the system which has a large input and output.Finally, the simulation is built to verify the theoretical analysis.
