摘要
复合套管在运行过程会长期受到热胀冷缩、风以及振动等机械应力的作用,这些都可能对复合套管的电晕老化特性造成一定影响。为了分析机械应力对复合套管用硅橡胶材料电晕老化特性影响,对不同机械应力下(0 N,10 N,50 N,100 N)复合套管用硅橡胶材料的电晕老化特性进行了研究,研制了一套能够模拟复合套管用硅橡胶材料不同受力情况的电晕加速老化试验系统,并采用FTIR,SEM和憎水性等测试方法对电晕老化后的试样状态进行了评估分析。研究结果表明机械应力的存在很大程度上加剧了试样电晕老化的进程,对其微观形态、化学结构等产生很大的影响,同时为硅橡胶复合套管的设计提供一定的参考。
Composite casings are suffering thermal expansion and cold contraction,weathering,vibration and other mechanical stresses during long-term operation,which may have an impact on the corona and aging characteristics of composite casings. By studying the corona and aging characteristics of composite casings made by silicone rubber materials under different mechanical stress( 0 N,10 N,50 N,100 N),a set of coronas and accelerated aging test system was developed. It can simulate the situation where composite casings made by silicone rubber materials suffer different stresses( 0 N,10 N,50 N,100 N). FTIR,SEM and hydrophobicity tests are used to evaluate and analyze the states of samples after corona and aging. The results show that mechanical stress largely increases the corona and aging process,which has a great impact on the micromorphology and chemical structure. And this research will provide certain references for the designing composite casings made by silicone rubber materials.
