摘要
针对水下信息获取、传输及处理仅局限于部分近岸水域和水下空间态势感知能力差等问题,立足于军用水下信息网络体系的发展现状与实际需求,以全域探测、可靠传输、准确处理和精确保障为研究目标,提出了纵深防御、军民融合、平战结合的构建原则,并构建了包括信息获取、传输、处理和支援系统的体系结构,以解决水下信息保障体系化构建缺乏总体设计及统一规划的问题,为水下作战与防御提供了信息支撑。
Aimed at the problems of underwater information acquisition, transmission and processing being limited to partial offshore areas and deficiency of situation awareness, construction principles based on defense in depth, civil military integration, and combination of peacetime and wartime are proposed. Focused on the development situation and practical need, with global detection, reliable transmission, accurate processing and precise support as the research object, a system architecture composed of information acquisition, transmission, processing and support is established, in order to solve the problem of insufficient overall design and unified planning in underwater information support system. The proposed architecture can provide information support for underwater operation and de- fense.
