对高职院校学生营养“知信行”情况调查研究——以顺德职业技术学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解某职业技术学院在校大学生的营养知识、营养态度、饮食行为及营养知识学习需求的现状,为加强营养健康教育提供依据。方法:对在校高职学生进行营养知信行问卷调查。结果:在营养知识测试部分,医学类学生与理工科、文管艺学生的得分有统计学差异,女生得分高于男生且有统计学差异;在营养态度部分,医学类与理工科得分无统计学差异,文管艺类学生得分高于医学类且存在统计学差异;在行为测试部分,医学类学生的日常饮食习惯得分明显高于理工科和文管艺学生,且有统计学差异;来自低收入家庭的学生饮食习惯得分明显低于平均水平。结论:高职学生饮食行为受到营养知识、家庭收入、性别等因素影响,应在高职学生中大力开展营养教育,改变不合理的饮食行为。 In order to know the nutrition knowledge, attitude, diet behavior and learning needs of students in vocational colleges and provide scientific advice for improving nutrition education, this paper carried out a questionnaire investigation in Shunde Polytechnic in June 2014. In the nutrition knowledge section, the scores of medical students were significant higher than science & engineering students , and the scores of girls were higher than those of boys. In the nutrition attitude section, there was no significant score difference between medical students and science & engineering students, but the scores in liberal arts students were significant higher than the medical students. In the behaviorsection, medical students got a highest average score in dietary habits, and the scores in students from low-income families were significantly lower than the average level. In a word, the dietary behavior of vocational college students is affected by nutrition knowledge, family income, gender and other factors, and nutrition education should be vigorously carried out in vocational colleges, and the irrational diet behavior should be corrected.
