摘要 目的对临床医学专业的教学方法进行改革,以提高临床医学专业学生临床处置水平。方法对上海交通大学六院临床医学院五年级48名本科实习阶段学生的高级生命支持课程进行教学改革和实践,将案例教学法和录播系统相结合,并应用问卷针对教学方法可行性、活跃课堂气氛、调动学习兴趣等18个维度进行教学效果评价。结果 48名学生认为该授课方式在16个维度上实际的效果优于前期期望值(P<0.05)。结论该教学改革有利于学生对于高级生命支持课程的掌握,适应我国教学改革的需要。 Objective To improve the clinical treatment level of clinical medical students through reforming the teaching method of clinical medicine. Methods A new teaching method with video feedback system was carried out on the advanced life support course to 48 undergraduates in the fifth grade. A questionnaire involving the feasibility of teaching method, active classroom atmosphere up to 18 dimensions of teaching evaluation was answered by the students. Results 48 students considered that the actual effect of the teaching method was better than the previous expectation in 16 dimensions(P 0.05). Conclusion The teaching reform is conducive to students to master the advanced life support courses, which is adapt to the needs of Chinese teaching reform.
