摘要
目的探讨分析二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效,为2型糖尿病的患者的治疗提供科学支持和理论指导。方法选取我院2015年3月—2016年12月接受诊治的2型糖尿病患者46例作为研究对象,给予二甲双胍治疗。对治疗前后低密度脂蛋白以及高密度额脂蛋白进行对比分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者三酰甘油、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白经治疗均有明显下降,高密度脂蛋白显著升高,治疗前后对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的效果显著,可以有效降低2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平,而且具有较为显著的降血脂作用,效果较好,临床上应用此方式,可以推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metformin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to provide scientific support and theoretical guidance for the treatment of patients with type. Methods 46 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with metformin in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2016. Comparative analysis of lowdensity lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein before and after treatment. Results The patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus triglyceride, Hb A1 c, fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly decreased after treatment, high density lipoprotein cholesterol increased significantly after treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was significantly different before and after treatment, the difference was significant, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinically, metformin is effective in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. It can effectively reduce the blood sugar level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and has a significant effect on reducing blood lipids, and the effect is better.
