摘要
为降低城市地铁竖井工程施工安全风险和对周边环境的影响,提高施工效率,以重庆轨道交通五号线华成路站为背景,介绍地铁车站风道硬岩竖井施工最为关键的开挖及出渣施工方案的选择,阐述了漏渣孔、垂直起吊系统、开挖及出渣、初期支护、二次衬砌等关键工序的施工控制。实践表明:1)方案可行,施工灵活;2)漏渣孔的设置降低了出渣难度,提高了开挖进度;3)必须严格控制临边防护、高空物体打击、高处坠落、模板支架垮塌等。
The key construction and mucking schemes of vertical shaft in hard rock of ventilation gallery of Huacheng Road Metro Station on Line No. 5 of Chongqing Railway Transit are introduced; and then the control technologies for slag hole,vertical lifting system,excavation and mucking,primary support and secondary lining are presented so as to minimize the influence of vertical shaft construction of urban Metro on surrounding environment and improve the construction efficiency. The practice shows that: 1) The schemes adopted are rational and convenient. 2) The mucking difficulty is reduced and the excavation is speeded up by using slag holes. 3) Dangers,i. e. collapse,drops,falling and framework collapse,should be sternly controlled.
