摘要
利用矿相显微检测技术对韶钢烧结矿的矿物组成和显微结构进行了统计分析,从微观角度剖析烧结矿的矿物组成和显微结构对烧结矿低温还原粉化指数RDI_(+3.15)的影响.研究表明,混匀矿粉配矿中配加一定量的地方精粉、少量的澳矿,保持适量SiO_2含量、适宜的碱度,将有利于提高韶钢烧结矿的低温还原粉化性能.
The mineralogical microstructure detection technology is used to carry out the statistical analysis on the mineral composition and mierostructure of sinter at SGIS in order to analyze the influence of mineral composition and microstructure of sinter on the low temperature reduction pulverization index ( RDI+3. 15 ) of sinter from the view point of microcosm. The results show that the blending by adding an addition of a certain amount of local powder, a small amount of Australian ore, proper SiO2 content and appropriate alkalinity will improve the low temperature reduction pulverization.
