摘要
目前,我国煤矿井下巷道中采用锚喷支护的技术比较普遍,但这种技术需要耗费大量的混凝土、水泥等。若将粉煤灰代替部分胶凝材料并用于井下巷道支护中,不仅可以降低支护的成本,还能充分有效地利用粉煤灰,减少对环境的污染与破坏。对粉煤灰在井下作为锚注支护材料应用情况进行了分析,证明是可行的,可使煤、电企业获得双赢。
At present, the technology of bolting and shotcreting is more common in the coal mine tunnel in our country, but it needs to consume a large amount of concrete, cement and so on. If the fly ash is used instead of the cementitious material and used in the underground roadway support, it can not only reduce the cost of the support, but also make full use of the fly ash effectively, and reduce the pollution and damage to the environment.The application of fly ash as an anchor grouting support material was analyzed, which proves that it is feasible and can win a win-win situation for coal and power enterprises.
