摘要
以引进的7个特色山药品种为试材,从苗期生长情况、形态特征、产量及品质方面进行品种特性比较研究,结果表明:7个山药品种的品种特性差别较大,选育的大和长芋出苗期较早,出苗天数中等,出苗率较高,长势较强,块茎条形直,平均单薯鲜重和产量都较高,蒸食口感较好,非常适合潍坊地区大面积推广种植。大和芋2号出苗期最早,出苗天数较短,出苗率100%,块茎最短,品质较好,蒸食口感较好,但长势较弱,平均单薯鲜重和产量较低。嘉祥细毛长山药、铁棍山药和小白嘴品质较好,蒸食口感最佳,但出苗期较晚,出苗天数较长,平均单薯鲜重和产量较低。野山药和大筒早生出苗期最早,出苗天数较少,产量较高,但品质较差,蒸食口感很差。
The variety characteristics( seedling growth situation,morphological characteristics,yield and quality) of introduced seven characteristic yam varieties were compared. The results showed that there were large differences in variety characteristics among seven yam varieties. The bred"Dahechangyu"had the following characteristics: earlier seedling emergence date,medium seedling emergence days,higher seedling emergence rate,stronger growth vigor,strip-shape tuber,higher average fresh weight of single tuber and yield,and better taste. So this variety is very suitable to be planted in Weifang area. The variety "Daheyu 2"had the following characteristics: the earliest seedling emergence date,less seedling emergence days,100% seedling emergence rate,the shortest tuber,better quality,better taste,but weaker growth vigor,and lower average fresh weight of single tuber and yield. "Jiaxiangximao"yam,"Tiegun"yam and"Xiaobaizui"yam had better quality,the best taste,but later seedling emergence date,more seedling emergence days,and lower average fresh weight of single tuber and yield. Wild yam and"Datongzaosheng"yam had the earliest seedling emergence date,less seedling emergence days,higher yield,but worse quality and the worst taste.
