摘要 为满足玉米芽种穴盘精播育苗的机械化要求,设计一种新型窝眼轮式玉米芽种排种装置,对主要结构和工作原理进行介绍。用UG NX软件对关键零件进行设计和装配。选择窝眼直径、窝眼深度和播种作业速度作为主要参数进行三因素三水平的正交试验,确定较优参数组合,并进行验证试验。试验结果表明:当其他参数固定,窝眼直径为14mm,窝眼深度为6mm,作业速度为100mm/s时,性能指标播种合格率为91.31%,重播率为4.08%,漏播率为4.61%,满足技术要求。 According to the mechanization requirements of precision seeding and raising seedling, a new cellular wheel metering device for corn seed was designed, and its main structure and working principle were introduced. The key parts were designed and assembled by UG NX software, and then, orthogonal tests with three factors and three levels were carried out, and the selected main parameters are cellular diameter, cellular depth and operating velocity. Hence, the better parameters combination was determined and verified. The test results indicate that when cellular diameter is 14mm, cellular depth is 6mm, operating velocity is 100ram/s, and other pa- rameters are fixed, the rate of qualified seeding, repeat seeding and loss seeding are 91.31%, 4.08%, and 4.61% respectively, and all the parameters can meet the technical requirements.
