摘要
系统复杂度的不断提升及新能源的广泛接入给电网的效率效益评估带来了挑战。分析了输电网效率效益的主要影响因素,从电网运行效率和投资效益2个角度出发,构建了计及新能源接入的电网效率效益评估指标体系。通过回归分析模型确定面向不同省网特点的指标运行定级区间,提出基于古林法的改进物元可拓模型,实现评估的主客观相结合;分别计算了历年效率评估值、效益评估值和综合评估值,并与多目标层次分析法模糊数学模型计算结果进行对比分析。最后,利用单指标灵敏度和多指标组合灵敏度分析方法获得主要指标变化趋势,提出了电网建设改进措施。通过对陕西电网2010至2015年效率效益的发展情况进行研究,证实了所提指标、模型及算法的正确性和有效性,为省级电网的建设规划提供了一定的理论基础。
Increasing complexity of power system brings challenges to evaluation of its operation efficiency and economic benefits. This paper presents an evaluation index system containing intermittent energy indicators based on analysis of influential factors of operation and economic efficiency of the power system. Applying regression analysis model, range and index ranking of each indicator adapted to different characteristics of provincial power grid is determined. A. I. Klee method and improved matter-element models are introduced to calculate efficiency, economic and comprehensive evaluation results. For comparison, multi-objective AHP and fuzzy models are used for calculation. Finally, single index and multi-index sensitivity analysis methods are applied to obtain the influence of main indicators. Research on Shaanxi power system from 2010 to 2015 proves correctness and effectiveness of the proposed models, algorithms and indexes in this paper. This research could provide a theoretical basis for power system design on provincial level.
