摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,使得企业安全管理标准化建设也得到了有效发展。企业安全管理标准化建设是我国安全生产的目标,也是有效提高企业安全管理能力的重要途径。因此,论文对如何有效提升企业员工安全管理素质进行了简要分析,并阐述了安全管理价值观的树立,此次研究的目的在于更好地促进企业经济的长远发展。
With the stable development of social economy, the standardization of enterprise safety management has also been effectively developed. Enterprise safety management standardization construction has become the goal of China＇s production safety, and also an effective way to improve enterprise safety management capabilities. Therefore, this paper analyzes the quality of safety management of employees effectively and expounds the correct values of safety management. The purpose of this research is to promote the long-term development of enterprise economy.
