摘要
目的:探索孕期营养指导及心理干预对妊娠合并症及新生儿发育情况的影响。方法:选取2014年10月-2016年12月期间本院收治的120例孕妇,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用孕期营养指导联合心理干预。比较两组孕妇妊娠合并症发生情况及新生儿发育情况。结果:观察组孕妇社会功能、物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能、总并发症发生率、阴道分娩率、焦虑评分、抑郁评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组新生儿胸围、被动肌张力、行为能力、原始反射、主动肌张力均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕期营养指导联合心理干预运用于孕妇妊娠中效果显著,可降低妊娠期并发症的发生率,确保新生儿能够健康成长、发育。
Objective: To explore the effect of nutritional guidance and psychological intervention during pregnancy on pregnancy complications and neonatal development situation.Method: From October 2014 to December 2016, 120 cases of pregnant women treated in our hosipiatal were selected, and divided into control group and observation group accroding to the random number table method, 60 Cases in each group, the control group was given the routine nursing, the observation group was given nutritional guidance combined psychological intervention.The pregnancy complications of pregnant women and development of newborn in two groups werecompared.Result: The social function and material life, physical function, psychological function, total complications, vaginal births rate, anxiety score, depression score of pregnant women in the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) ; the chest circumference, passive muscle tone, behavior ability, primitive reflex, active muscle tone of neonate in the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion: Prenatal nutrition guide combined with psychological intervention for pregnant women, can reduce the incidence rate of pregnancy complications, ensure healthy growth and development of newborns.
