自编第二套弹力带强心复健操对社区老年人体适能的影响 被引量:11

Effect of self-compiled elastic-band gymnastics on physical fitness of the community-dwelling elderly

摘要 目的探讨自编第二套弹力带强心复健操对社区老年人体适能的影响。方法纳入符合标准的社区老年受试者42例,按随机数字表法分为干预组(22例)和对照组(20例)。对照组给予健康宣教,干预组在对照组的基础上进行弹力带操训练(包含有氧运动、抗阻运动、柔韧训练和穴位拍打四个部分,每一部分包含平衡训练及协调性训练),1 h/次,5次/周,共干预4周,两组干预前后采用徒手评定方法评估受试者的体适能。结果与对照组比较,4周后干预组6分钟步行试验距离及2分钟踏步试验次数均明显增加[(529.64±57.00)m对(556.41±51.60)m;(89.95±14.03)次对(103.73±14.51)次,P<0.05];30秒手臂屈曲试验次数及30秒椅子站立试验次数均明显增加[分别为(20.00±3.66)次对(23.86±5.55)次;(16.41±3.71)次对(21.00±4.13)次,P<0.05];左、右侧抓背试验距离及座椅前伸试验距离均明显增加[分别为(-11.73±9.16)cm对(-6.43±10.20)cm、(-4.55±1.77)cm对(0.34±1.77)cm;(1.86±13.26)cm对(6.45±14.83)cm,P<0.05];闭眼单腿站立试验时间明显增加(左腿站立(5.85±4.91)s对(12.97±13.11)s;右腿站立(6.57±4.69)s对(12.33±8.40)s,P<0.05]。干预过程中,所有受试者均未出现心血管及运动系统不良事件。结论第二套弹力带强心复健操可有效提高社区老年人的心肺适能、肌力及肌耐力适能、柔韧适能和平衡适能,具有较好的安全性。结合徒手评定技术为社区心血管康复提供了一种可行方案。 Objective To investigate the effect of Self-compiled Elastic-band Cardiac Rehabilitation Gymnastics-The Second Edition on physical fitness of older adults in the community. Methods Totally 42 community-dwelling elderly people were recruited in this study3 and randomly divided into two groups: the intervention group (n = 22) and the control group (n=20). In the control group, health education was given, while in the intervention group, on the basis of health education 4-week (5 sessions per week) of self-compiled elastic-band gymnastics training was performed, which consisted of aerobics, strength, flexibility and acupuncture-point tapping training, was added except the same intervention as the control group. Physical fitness test was performed before and after the invention for both groups. Results After receiving a 4-week self-compiled elastic-band gymnastics training, the intervention group displayed a significant increase in the cardiorespiratory fitness: 6MWT (529.64±57.00 meters vs 556.41±51.60 meters, P〈0.05), 2MST (89.95±14.03 times vs 103.73±14.51 times, P〈0.05), the muscular strength: 30s-ACT (20.00±3.66 times vs 23.86±5.55 times, P〈0.01),30s-CST (16.41±3.71 times vs 21.00±4.13 times, P〈0.01), the flexibility level: Back scratch test (Left arm, -11.73±9.16 centimeters vs -6.43± 10.20 centimeters, P〈0.01; Right arm, -4.55±1.77 centimeters vs 0.34±1.77 centimeters, P〈0.01), chair sit-and-reach test (1.86± 13.26cm vs 6.45±14.83cm, P〈0.01) and the balance fitness: Eye-dosed Single-Leg Stance test (Left leg, 5.85±4.91 seconds vs 12.97±13.11 seconds, P〈0.05; Right leg, 6.57-±4.69 seconds vs 12.33±8.40 seconds, P〈0.05). No adverse event of cardiovascular or musculoskeletal system was occurred in all participants throughout the intervention program.Conclusions Self-complled Elastic-band Cardiac Rehabilitation Gymnastics- The Second Edition effectively improves the cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and balance capacity of community-dwelling elders, and has high safety.
