摘要
钻孔封孔工艺是矿井瓦斯抽采工程的一个重要环节,封孔不严、孔口漏气,容易造成抽采短路、钻孔孔口负压低、浓度上不去,直接影响瓦斯抽采效果。鹤岗矿区多数抽采矿井存在受巷道卸压带裂隙及钻孔卸压圈裂隙影响,孔口近端裂隙发育,采取常规钻孔封堵技术,气密性差、漏气明显。为改善这一状况,鹤岗矿业公司全面开展瓦斯抽采科技攻关,抽采钻孔采用"两堵一注"带压封孔技术,较好地解决了抽采瓦斯时漏气问题,抽采孔口负压提高、瓦斯抽采浓度增大。
The hole sealing technology is an important part for mining engineering of mine gas extraction, lax sealing and air leak- age is easy to cause short circuit of drainage, low negative pressure of drilling orifices and low concentration, which directly affect the gas drainage effect. In Hegang Mining Area, affected by pressure relief zone cracks in roadway and the fractures of drilling pressure relief ring, fractures in the proximal end of the orifice are developed; adopting conventional drilling sealing technology, air tightness is poor and air leakage is obvious. In order to improve the situation, Hegang Mining Company carries out a comprehen- sive gas drainage technology research, uses "two-sealing and one-grouting" hole sealing technology with pressure to solve the problem of air leakage of gas drainage, and the negative pressure of drainage orifice is improved and the gas drainage concentra- tion is increased.
