摘要
提高天然气储备能力是我国现阶段能源发展战略的重要任务之一,国家鼓励企业开展LNG接收站或储备站的建设工作。可行性研究报告是LNG接收站项目建设论证、审查、决策的重要依据,对项目的开展具有重要指导意义。本文根据可研报告的内容要求和LNG接收站项目的特点,对LNG接收站项目可研报告编制过程中的工作要点进行了分析探讨。
Improving the reserve capacity of natural gas is one of the most important tasks of energy development strategy in China. The government encourages enterprises to carry out the construction of LNG receiving station or Reserve Station. The feasibility study report is an important basis for the demonstration, examination and decision making of the project of LNG receiving station, and has important guiding significance to the development of the project. According to the content requirements of feasibility study report and the characteristics of LNG terminal projects, the key points of the LNG station project feasibility study report preparation process are analyzed and discussed in this paper.
