摘要
目的:研究中医内服外洗治疗复发性湿疹的临床效果。方法:选择2015年12月至2017年1月本院收治的复发性湿疹患者96例作为研究对象,采用数字列表法随机将其平均分为对照组和研究组,对照组给予中药内服治疗,研究组给予中医内服外洗治疗,对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:研究组临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,且复发率和症状体征评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在复发性湿疹患者临床治疗中,采用中医内服外洗治疗,既可提高临床治疗有效率,又可减少复发率及症状体征评分,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine oral therapy for recurrent eczema. Methods：96 patients with recurrent eczema admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group was treated with oral administration of Chinese medicine. The study Group were given oral treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Compared the two groups of pa tients with clinical treatment. Results：The effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate and symptom score were significantly lower than the control group（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： In the clinical treatment of recurrent eczema patients, the use of traditional Chinese medicine oral wash therapy,can improve the clinical treatment efficiency,hut also reduce the recurrence rate and symptoms and signs score,worthy of clinical application.
