地特胰岛素与诺和灵N治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果比较被引量：9

摘要目的:比较地特胰岛素与诺和灵N治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果。方法:选取我院在2015年7月~2016年7月收治的51例妊娠期糖尿病患者。以随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,观察组26例,对照组25例。对照组采用诺和灵N作为治疗期间使用的药物,观察组采用地特胰岛素治疗。治疗时长为3个月,治疗结束后,对比两组治疗前后FBG、Hb Alc以及治疗总有效率。结果:观察组治疗后的FBG、Hb Alc以及治疗总有效率(92.31%)均优于对照组治疗后的FBG、Hb Alc以及治疗总有效率(68.00%),数据差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:相对而言,地特胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果更为显著,值得在临床推广。
