摘要
为分析影响单钢轮振动压路机减振系统性能的因素,建立单钢轮振动压路机-土壤系统2自由度动力学模型,得出压路机减振系统的主要影响因素为减振器本身的性能与结构参数、压路机振动系统参数、压路机上下车质量参数及被压实材料的性能等。分析表明:在保证减振器在橡胶态工作的条件下,选择合适的减振器刚度和阻尼,并采用合理的连接排布方式;综合考虑压实能力和减振系统性能2方面选择压路机的振幅和频率;合理分配压路机上下车的质量,保证上下车的质心位置与减振器作用力中心及钢轮激振力作用中心重合等,能大幅提高单钢轮振动压路机的减振性能。
In order to analyze the influence factors of the damping system of the single drum vibratory roller, a two DOFs (degree of freedom) dynamic model of ‘‘roller and soil” is established in the article. The main influence factors of the damping system obtained from the model are the parameters of performance and structure of the dampers, the parameters of the vibratory system, mass parameters of the rack and drum and the property of the compacted material. The analysis shows that these measures can greatly improve the damping performance of single drum vibratory roller which are choosing appropriate damper stiffness and damping as the shock absorber in the rubber state working conditions, using reasonable connection and arrangement, choosing the amplitude and frequency of the roller considering the compaction capacity and damping system performance, reasonable distribution of the mass of the roller, ensuring the center of mass of the upper and lower vehicle position and the center of force of the shock absorber.
