改良巩膜扣带手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 巩膜扣带手术是部分孔源性视网膜脱离（RRD）的首选手术方式，手术中较大范围的角巩膜缘结膜切口以及眼外直肌缝线牵拉固定是确保手术视野暴露的必备条件。但由此可引起患者手术中、手术后舒适度下降以及远期结膜筋膜瘢痕，对未来潜在的眼科手术如玻璃体切割手术、青光眼手术产生不良影响。为此，我们介绍一种免角巩膜缘结膜切口及直肌牵引缝线的改良巩膜扣带手术。
