摘要
为了研究金黄色葡萄球菌诱导的乳腺炎中乳腺微动脉的变化,在东北细毛绵羊左侧的乳腺注射1 m L金黄色葡萄球菌(109 CFU/m L),而在右侧乳腺注射1 m L生理盐水作为对照。48 h后,屠宰东北细毛绵羊并取其乳腺做成血管铸型标本,对乳腺微动脉进行管径测量和扫描电镜观察。结果显示,东北细毛绵羊左侧乳腺的微动脉内膜表面呈粗糙状和有球状细胞黏附现象,对球状细胞直径进行测量后,推测该细胞为中性粒细胞。结果表明,金黄色葡萄球菌诱导的乳腺炎能够改变乳腺微动脉的结构。
To investigate the changes of arterioles in Staphylococcus aureus-induced sheep mastitis,the left mammary gland of Northeast fine wool sheep was injected with 1 ml Staphylococcus aureus(109CFU/ml),and the right mammary gland of the sheep was injected with 1 ml normal saline.48 h post-infection,Northeast fine wool sheep were sacrificed,and their mammary gland were excised to make a vascular corrosion cast for measurement of arteriole diameter and observation of arteriole structure using scanning electron microscope.Furthermore,the results showed that the arteriole endothelium was rough and adhered globoid cells in the left mammary gland of Northeast fine wool sheep.These cells may be neutrophils through detecting diameter of globoid cells,which indicates Staphylococcus aureus-induced sheep mammary gland resulting in the changes of arteriole structure.
