稠油油田90 kW井口燃气加热炉燃烧效率影响因素分析

摘要 加热炉作为原油输送与炼化过程中主要的耗能设备,其热效率的高低直接影响着整个企业的经济效益。为了提高加热炉的节能减排技术水平,有必要掌握影响加热炉燃烧效率的主要影响因素。以辽河某稠油油田90 k W井口燃气加热炉为研究对象,采用商业计算流体力学软件进行数值模拟计算,分析了常见简易井口燃气加热炉燃烧器的喷孔角度、喷孔直径、燃料气入口温度和空气入口速度对燃烧效率的影响,确定了这些影响因素对于提高燃烧效率的最优解:喷孔角度45°,喷孔直径13 mm,燃料气入口温度600 K,空气入口速度4 m/s。油田现场燃气加热炉按照最优解进行优化可以提高燃烧效率。 As the main energy consuming equipment in crude oil transportation and refining process, the heating efficiency oFthe heating Furnace directly aFFects the economic benefit of the whole enterprise. In order to improve the technical level of energy saving and consumption reducing of'the heating Furnace, it is necessary to master the main Factors that influence the heating efficiency of the heating Furnace. Taking the 90 kW wellhead Fuel gas heating Furnace in Liaohe Heavy Oilfleld as the research object, a commercial hydromechanics calculation software is used to simulate and calculate. The influence of the nozzle angle, nozzle diameter, Fuel gas inlet temperature and air inlet speed of'the burner in the common simple wellhead Fuel gas heating Furnace on combustion efficiency are analyzed. The optimized solutions of these Factors are as determined: the nozzle angle should be 45° , the nozzle diameter should be13 mm, the fuel gas inlet temperature should be 600K and the air inlet speed should be 4 m/s By using the above optimized parameters, the combustion efficiency of the Fuel gas heating Furnace in the field site can be improved.
