摘要
针对延长油田低产间抽井投球清蜡工艺适应性差,单井拉油成本高的问题,研究一种适合低产间抽井的可行输送工艺,来保证低产间抽井的正常集输。从技术、成本等方面综合考虑各种清蜡工艺,优选出井场简易设备加热的热力输送工艺,研究不同温度下延长油田的析蜡情况,计算不同热力条件下的输送状态,根据分析结果确定不同条件下合理的起输温度。研究结果表明,集输半径在1.5 km范围内、输量约为3 m^3/h的间抽井,若有保温层,冬季起输温度为40℃;若无保温层,起输温度需50℃才能保证正常集输而不发生蜡堵。通过井场升温热力输送能有效减缓管线蜡堵,解决低产间抽井集输困难的问题,工艺技术可行,经济效益良好。
In view of the conventional pitching paraffin process's poor adaptability in the low--yield and intermittent pumping oil well , and the high cost of using crude oil in a single well site, a feasible crude oil transportation process for low yield and intermittent pumping wells is studied. Through the comparison of technology and cost, the process of heating and conveying crude oil is optimized. The flow conditions of crude oil under different heating conditions are calculated by studying the temperature of crude oil, and the reasonable starting temperature under different conditions is determined ac- cording to the analysis results. The study results show that for intermittent wells with inlet radius within 1.5 km and the output about 3 m3/h, if there is an insutation layer, the transportation starting temperature is 40℃ in winter; if there is no insulation layer, the starting temperature is 50℃. It is possible that both economically and technically feasible to solve the problem of crude oil delivery by heating the crude oil at a reasonable temperature in the well site.
