摘要
随着智能变电站的快速推广,越来越多的数字化安全稳定控制装置投入运行。由于智能变电站数字化稳控装置与常规稳控装置的技术特点有很大的差别,传统的测试方法已经无法满足其测试需求,亟需配套的数字化测试系统。在此背景下,文章研究了智能变电站数字化稳控装置与常规的稳控装置的技术区别,结合工程实际分析了传统测试方法的不足之处,在此基础上,开发了智能变电站数字化稳控装置测试系统。该系统在智能变电站数字化稳控装置测试中进行了实践和应用,取得了良好的效果,具有很好的市场价值和推广意义。
With the rapid development of smart substations, dozens of digital stability control device have been put into operation nowadays. Due to the big differences of technical characteristics between digital stability control device for smart substation and the conventional ones, the traditional test methods cannot meet the testing needs, there is an urgent task to develop accessional digital testing system. Under this background, the technical differences between digital stability control device for smart substation and the conventional ones are studied in this paper. Then, the problems and inadequacies of traditional testing methods are analyzed in practical engineering application. At last, a testing system of digital stability control device for smart substation is developed. The testing system has been applied in smart substation for testing the digital stability control devices and achieved good results, which has good promotion significance and the market value.
