激光沉积修复金属去应力退火局部热处理工艺 被引量:5

Stress reliving annealing local heat treatment process of metal laser deposition repair

摘要 利用感应加热系统对激光沉积修复试样进行去应力退火局部热处理,研究了局部热处理的保温温度和时间对试样温度分布和残余应力的影响规律。结果表明:感应加热系统的局部加热效果明显;随着局部热处理保温温度的提高和保温时间的延长,加热区温度分布更加均匀;600℃去应力退火热处理后,残余应力平均降低30.6%以上,高于500℃去应力退火热处理后的应力消减幅度,局部热处理后由残余应力引起的端部变形量由2.67 mm消减为0.54 mm。试验验证了基于感应加热的局部热处理可有效消减修复应力和变形量。 The stress relief annealing for laser deposition repair sample was conducted through local heat treatment by using an induction heating system, and effects of both preservation temperature and time on temperature distribution and residual stresses of repaired samples were investigated. The results show that the local heating effect of induction heating system is obvious, with the increasing of the preservation temperature and time of local heat treatment, the temperature distribution in the heating area of the sample is more uniform. After the stress relief annealing at 600℃ , the average residual stress of the sample is reduced more than 30.6% , it is higher than the stress relief annealing at 500℃. The end deformation due to residual stress decreases from 2.67 mm to 0.54 mm after local heat treatment. The residual stress and deformation of laser deposition repair components are significantly reduced through using the local heat treatment.
