摘要
[目的]研究短穗竹的出笋规律,为短穗竹的科学栽培、快速繁殖和保护提供理论依据。[方法]以2 d为1个笋期观察单元,对短穗竹出笋、成竹、退笋、基径、笋高等生物学特征进行调查,并对短穗竹幼笋高生长进行Logistic非线性回归拟合。[结果]短穗竹出笋历时24 d,以出笋比率P=10%为界限,将笋期划分为初期、盛期和末期。初期和盛期出笋数增加较快,历时较短,末期出笋数下降缓慢,持续时间较长。短穗竹盛期退笋最多,退笋原因主要是干枯和虫害。其幼竹高生长符合"慢—快—慢"的生长趋势,与Logistic的生长曲线模型高度拟合,拟合度为0.999。[结论]通过对短穗竹出笋和幼竹高生长阶段的调查,研究了短穗竹笋期的生长发育规律,为短穗竹的科学繁殖和合理经营提供了一定依据。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to study the law of shoot of Brachystachyum densiflorum (Rendle) Keng, in order to lay a foundation for scientific cultivation, rapid propagation and protection of Brachystachyum densiflorurn. [ Method ] Shooting period was observed for one time every two days, investigation on the biological characteristics of bamboo shoot, mature bamboo, degraded shoot, the base diameter, and the shoot height data of Brachystachyum densiflorum was conducted. The nonlinear regression analysis of height growth of Brachystachyum densiflorum shoots was carried out by Logistic. [ Result] The experiment showed that Brachystachyum densiflorum shoots lasted 24 d ,with degraded shoot rate of 10% as standard, the shooting periods of Brachystachyum densiflorum was divided into early, peak and late stages. In the early period and peak period, the number of shoots increased rapidly, and the duration was shorter. At the end of a slow decline in shoot number, lasted for a long time. In the peak period, the most bamboo shoots were degraded, and the main reasons for degraded shoots were dry and insect pests. The height growth of young bamboo with growth trend of "slow fast slow", the fitting degree of growth curve model with Logistic was higher, the fitting degree was 0. 999. [ Conclusion ] Through the investigation of shooting and young bamboo growth rhythm and study on the growth and development regularity of shoot period of Brachystachyum dens/florum,provide a basis for scientific breeding of short spike bamboo and rational management.
