Simultaneous determination of 20 active constituents in Maiweishen by HPLC

摘要 目的建立同时测定"麦味参"(按人参-麦冬-五味子为1∶3∶1配伍)中20种活性成分的HPLC方法。方法采用色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈(A)-水(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,体积流量为1.0 mL/min,检测波长203 nm,柱温35℃。结果人参皂苷Rg_1、Re、Rf、Rb_1、Rg_2、Rc、Rb_2、Rb_3、Rh_2、F_1、Rd、F_2、Rg_3,原人参三醇,compound K,原人参二醇,3种五味子木脂素五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素和麦冬皂苷D均得到良好的线性关系(r≥0.999 6),平均回收率均在96%~102%,RSD均小于2%。结论方法准确可靠,灵敏度高,专属性强,结果稳定,重复性好,可用作"麦味参"的多成分质量控制。 Objeeave To evaluate the quality of Maiweishen, a simple and accurate HPLC method for determinin~ the contents of 20 active constituents from Maiweishen was established. Methods The chromatographic separation was achieved on a C18 column (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm) using a mobile phase made up of acetonitrile and water at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength and column temperature were set as 203 nm and 35℃, respectively. Results Sixteen ginsenosides (Rgl, Re, Rf,, Rbl, Rg2, Pc, Rb2, Rb3, F1, Rd, F2, Rg3, protopanaxatriol, compounds K, Rh2, and protopanaxadiol), three kinds of lignan in Schisandra chinensis (schizandrol A, schizandrin A, B), and ophiopogonin D were separated at baseline with good linearity (r 〉 0.999 6). The recovery rates were 96%-102% (RSD 〈2%). Conclusion The method is simple, fast, accurate, and could be applied to the quality control of Maiweishen.
