摘要
从社区体育团队的相关概念出发,以上海市的多支社区体育团队为案例,阐述了社区体育团队的组织与运作。在此基础上,详细论述了社区体育团队在基层社会治理中的作用,主要体现在满足人们参与群体活动的社会性需求、促进团队成员的和谐和睦、提升社区居民的社会认同感、推动团队领袖的产生、提升服务社会的意识等5个方面。
Based on the related concepts of community sports teams, this paper expounds the orga- nization and operation of community sports teams by taking a number of community sports teams in Shanghai as the research subjects. It discusses the role of community sports teams in grass-root social governance, which is mainly reflected in five aspects, i.e., to meet the social needs of people for participating in group activities, to promote harmony of the teams, to enhance community resi- dents＇ social identity, to help the emergence of the team leaders and to improve the awareness of serving the society.
