摘要
目的研究不同年龄段儿童25-羟维生素D水平及其与血红蛋白(HGB)水平的相关性。方法选取2010年1月至2012年12月在我院进行体检的400例0~5岁儿童,采集其空腹晨静脉血,检测25-羟维生素D和HGB水平,分析不同年龄段儿童25-羟维生素D水平与HGB的相关性。结果维生素缺乏组的HGB水平明显低于维生素不足组,维生素不足组的HGB水平明显低于维生素正常组(P均<0.05)。<1岁、1~2岁(<2岁)和4~5岁(<5岁)的25-羟维生素D低水平和正常水平儿童的HGB水平比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);其余年龄段25-羟维生素D低水平和正常水平儿童的HGB水平比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。<1岁、1~2岁(<2岁)和4~5岁(<5岁)儿童的25-羟维生素D水平与HGB水平呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论不同年龄段儿童维生素D水平与HGB水平呈明显正相关,儿童维生素D的缺乏可能影响HGB生成,从而导致儿童贫血。
Objective To study the 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in different ages of children and their correlation with hemoglobin (HGB) levels. Methods 400 cases of children aged 0 - 5 receiving physical examination in our hospital lYom January 2011 to December 2012 were selected. Their fasting venous blood were collected and the 25-hydroxyvitamin D and HGB levels were detected. The correlation of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and HGB levels different ages of children was analyzed. Results The HGB level of vitamin-deficient group was significantly lower than that of vitamin-insufficient group, and the HGB level of vitamin-insufficient group was significantly lower than that of vitamin-normal group (both P 〈0.05). The HGB levels of children aged 〈1, 1 - 2 (〈2) and 4 - 5 (〈5) with low or normal 25-hydroxyvitamin D level had statistical differences (P 〈0.05), but no statistical difference was found in HGB levels in other ages of children with low or normal 25-hydroxyvitamin D level (_P 〉0.05). The 25-hydroxyvitamin D level of children aged 〈 1, 1 - 2 (〈2) and 4 - 5 (〈5) had significant positive correlation with HGB level (P〈0.05). Conclusions Vitamin D levels in different ages of children has positive correlation with HGB level. The lack of vitamin D in children may affect the formation of HGB, which leads to the anemia of children.
