摘要
阿德福韦酯是常用的抗乙型肝炎病毒药，本文报道两例长期口服低剂量阿德福韦酯后引起的低磷性骨软化症伴腰痛病例，并对此类案例进行经验总结与文献复习，以指导疼痛临床诊疗工作。
Adefovir dipivoxil is an antiviral medicine against hepatitis B virus. Two cases with low back pain accompanied by hypophosphatemic osteomalaeia due to long-term oral low dose of adefovir were reported in order to summarize the experience of this kind of disease and give a guidance for diagnose and treatment in pain clinic.
