摘要
本文基于国际上百篇食品安全风险社会共治的研究文献,就食品安全风险社会共治的内涵、运行逻辑以及政府、企业、社会力量在食品安全风险社会共治中的功能、作用、治理边界等问题进行了综述。在此基础上,就我国未来如何深入研究食品安全风险社会共治提出了展望。
Based on almost one hundred foreign articles on the food safety risk co-goverance, we summarize the connotation and operation logic of food safety co-goverance, as well as the role, function, governance boundary of the government, enterprise, and social forces. Based on these researches, we then put forward a prospect of the future research on food safety risk co-goverance in China.
