摘要
采用十字接头裂纹试验法,对12mm厚16Mn钢板,在环境温度-28℃时,进行了对接的焊接性试验,并对不同预热温度、正常施焊和连续焊等工艺,对焊接接头性能的影响进行了探讨。结果证明,12mm厚16Mn钢板,在-28℃以上的环境温度下焊接,完全能达到设计要求。
A crossed joint is adopted for weldability tasting of 16Mn steel butt weld at—28℃ with 12mm thik plato. Investigation is made for different preheat, normal and continuous welding procedure, anti-cracking structure and mechanical properties etc. The re, sults show that the whole design requirements are satisfied as long as the welding is carried out above -28℃ for 12mm 16Mn steel plate.
