摘要
利用聚合物吸附剂的特性,对其脱除淀粉糖色素进行研究。结果表明,聚合物吸附剂脱除淀粉糖色素的过程是物理吸附;采用单因素试验考察温度、流速、pH对脱色效果的影响,得到最优水平分别为:温度70℃,流速3.0 BV/h,pH 4.5。运用响应面回归设计,以脱色率为响应值,建立聚合物吸附剂脱除葡萄糖浆色素的二次回归模型,得知温度、流速、pH对脱色效果影响的显著性大小依次为:温度>pH>流速;优选得到最佳条件为:温度69.0℃,流速3.0 BV/h,pH 4.30。经过验证试验测得脱色率为86.22%,与预测值基本吻合,回归模型拟合度较好。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the technology of polymeric adsorbent for decolorization of starch syrup. Results showed that the procedure of decolorization was physical adsorption. Single-factor tests were carried out with temperature, flow velocity and pH to determine effects on decoloring ratio of glucose syrup. The optimal conditions of single-factor tests resulted in temperature 70 ℃, flow velocity 3.0 BV/h and pH 4.5. Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to model and optimize responses. The result showed that the affecting order of three prime factors was temperature, pH and flow velocity. The optimum conditions of decolorization were temperature 69.0 ℃, flow velocity 3.0 BV/h and pH 4.30. The measure value of deeoloring ratio was 86.22%, which was coincide well with the predicted value. Accordingly, the model built in this study had a high imitation degree.
