摘要
目的分析二胎全面开放政策下,各级医院产科医生对产科继续医学教育课程设置的需求,为改进培训课程提供依据。方法进行现场问卷调查,对数据进行描述性统计分析。结果调查对象对高龄再生育孕前评估、高龄再生育辅助生育技术选择、高龄再生育的围孕产期管理内容需求最大,需求最大的课程组织形式是互动式交流座谈。结论大型妇产科专科医院作为培训基层产科医生的有效平台,应以需求为导向突出课程内容实用性,系统化整合个性化、多样化的课程形式,构建长效评价支持体系。
Objective To analyze the needs of obstetrics and gynecology courses in obstetrics and gynecology departments under the policy of comprehensive open policy, and to provide evidence for improving training courses. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted and descriptive statistics analysis was conducted. Results The survey of the elderly showed that, elderly and pre assessment of the reproductive growth of assisted reproductive technology, elderly maternal fertility management content were in greatest demand, the greatest demand for curriculum organizatior~ was the interactive exchange forum. Conclusion As effective platforms for training of obstetric doctors, large obstetrics and gynecology hospitals should be guided by the demand of curriculum Content and practical, systematic integration of personalized and diversified curriculum forms, build a long-term evaluation support system.
